Hi! I’m Priyanka, the founder of Roots Consultancy.

For over two decades, I have been part of the evolving story of health and reputation across Asia and globally. My journey has taken me from advising patient groups and NGOs to working alongside governments, global health companies, and advocacy organizations. Along the way, I built and scaled a regional health business (that led to acquisition to a global giant), managing multimillion-dollar growth across Asia, while guiding cross-cultural teams to deliver results that mattered.

Much of my work has been at the side of industry leaders - C-suite executives, communications heads, and policy shapers - who turned to me not only for strategies but for perspective. Together, we navigated complex issues, built platforms for change, and designed narratives that connected science, policy, and people.

Beyond client work, I have always believed in creating spaces that amplify voices. I led an APAC media publishing platform dedicated to innovation and sustainability, contributed to advisory boards shaping the future of communications, and played an active role in the global women’s movement, mentoring the next generation of leaders.

I am grateful for recognising my works by industry peers, from being named among the Top 20 Global Indians in PR to being featured in the British Encyclopaedia of Successful People in Singapore. But for me, recognition is less important than the trust that clients and colleagues continue to place in me.

Roots Consultancy was born out of this trust - a space where I bring together experience, networks, and purpose to help organizations grow with clarity, authenticity, and resilience. Because growth that is rooted, lasts.
